If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 90 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging if relevant
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
Calling to our Waterford store:
- If returning an item in exchange for a new product or different size, you can call to our Waterford store. You will need your receipt for this.
- If returning an item for a refund, please bring your receipt with you to our store within 90 days of the item being purchased.
Sending a package using DPD Returns:
You can return your package to us for a refund free of charge using DPD Returns. If you require new items in exchange for your return, please note this must be done as a separate, new order on our website. Exchanges will not be facilitated through this process.
- Click here and follow the steps to book in your package. Make sure to include your order number in the reference box. Your order number will look like KS1234. You can then drop your package to a DPD Pickup point where you will have full tracking until it reaches our returns centre.
- Please include the packing slip that was included with your original order. If you don’t have this, please call us on (051) 358 700.
- A refund will be applied to the card the original payment was made with.
- Please allow 5-10 working days for refunds to be processed.
