Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If your items are in stock in our warehouse, we aim to ship within 24 - 48 hrs of receipt.
If your items are out of stock, please note it may take longer than above time frame to process. This just means we may have to add a crest to a top for your school. You can call or email us at any time for an update on your order if you are concerned about delivery times.
Please note that these times may vary during back to school season. Please allow at least 2 weeks for your order to be processed during August & early September.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with DPD.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer €6.95 flat rate shipping within the Republic of Ireland.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Waterford store. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 5 business days. This time frame may increase during back to school season. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9am - 5pm on Monday - Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. DPD offer a next day delivery service, so you can expect your order within 24 hours.
If you haven’t received your order within 1 - 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@ksport.ie with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, a refund will be processed for any items returned.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@ksport.ie with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
