Shipping Within Ireland

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of €6.95 on all orders within the Republic of Ireland.

Orders are shipped with DPD, and tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Order Processing & Delivery

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

If your items are in stock at our warehouse, we aim to dispatch your order within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.

Please note that processing times refer to the time required to prepare your order and do not include the courier's delivery timeframe.

Click & Collect

Free local pickup is available from our Waterford store.

To use this service, select Local Pickup at checkout. Your order will typically be ready for collection within 1–5 business days.

Once your order is ready, we will send you an email with collection instructions.

When collecting your order, please bring:

• Your order confirmation email
• Your order number

Back-to-School Information

During August and early September, demand is significantly higher than usual. As a result, processing times may be extended.

Please allow at least 2 weeks for orders to be processed during this period.

Some items may require additional preparation, such as the application of a school crest. Where items are temporarily out of stock, processing times may increase further.

Please note:

• Some sizes may become temporarily unavailable during the Back-to-School season.
• Restocking can take approximately 3–4 weeks.
• Ordering early is strongly recommended to avoid disappointment.
