Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- We cannot offer a refund or exchange on items with initials
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging if relevant
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
Calling to our Waterford store:
- If returning an item in exchange for a new product or different size, you can call to our Waterford store. You will need your receipt for this.
- If returning an item for a refund, please bring your receipt with you to our store within 30 days of the item being purchased.
Sending a package using DPD Returns:
You can return your package to us for a refund free of charge using DPD Returns. If you require new items in exchange for your return, please note this must be done as a separate, new order on our website. Exchanges can not be facilitated through this process.
